The Hellenic people called the Tyrrhenoi or Tusci (also known as the Etrusci) were known as the Rasenna or Rasna in their own language. The origins of this group of people is still unknown.
Scientists have done DNA tests on 80 skeletons from the Etruscan people and found that 97% of them are related to the Anatolian Turks of today. This means that the Anatolian Turks are the ancestors of the Etruscans.
People are curious about the similarities between Etruscan legends and stories from the Caucasus region. Some people think that the Etruscans may have come from the Caucasus.

This is because a study a few years ago showed that the DNA of the ancient peoples of Anatolia (like the Hittites, Phrygians, and Lydians) was more similar to the DNA of the Anatolian Turks than to their ancestors from Central Asia. This means that both the Turks and the Etruscans have a lot of similarities with the people of Anatolia.

The student, who was of Caucasian descent, stood up and said that their elders used to tell them the same stories as a fairy tale.
